1) Data Protection Act 1998
2) Computer Misuse Act 1990
3) Copyright, Designs and Patent Act 1988
4) Creative Commons Licensing (No Date)
5) Freedom of Information Act 2000

Revise aspects of those
My teacher said remember at least 3-4 of the data protection act ones, the 4 different CC types and of course the 3 computer misuse act (parts??)

Btw layers was in the last paper and in the specimen, unlucky to come up again
same here, i always have that half hour left, gonna slow down and do the 8 marker in my own time and just chill tbh

Unpredictable Really, perhaps a multiple choice table (Like the one on the specimen paper), can't give a valid answer
For computer misuse its:
Gaining unauthorized access to a network or device
Gaining unauthorized access in order to commit or facilitate a crime.
Unauthorized modification of computer material.

For cc its:
Attribution, Share-alike, Non-commercial and No derivative works
oh thank you! forgot about that! Im gonna all out on this cause I dont want this to throw me off, being the first exam and all, so CGP, Seneca and Computer Science Tutor are whats gonna save me :smile:

4 layers, and there are different names for them, but personally for me they are:

Apllication
Transport
Internet
Network Access
