Is it ok to be friends with this man, or inappropriate?

Is it ok to be friends with a man at work who is in a serious relationship i.e have a laugh with him, go for runs with him etc? Or is it not really appropriate if Im female?
As long as it’s purely platonic, it’s completely appropriate.
Contrary to popular belief, it is possible and perfectly acceptable for members of the opposite sex to be friends.

Just make sure he doesn't have a paranoid insanely possessive girlfriend.

If he does, he's potentially more trouble than national action.

Yeah it's fine so long as you both keep it platonic. People worry too much about things like this.

It's fine. It's only an issue if you try to do anything to damage his relationship.
