hi, I am in year 12 and want to apply for medicine this year. I want to apply for a 6 year course as I think I meet some of the widening entry criteria. Can anyone recommend any 6 year routes into medicine or foundation courses which have lower entry requirements.
thankyou

You could look at this link

https://www.medschools.ac.uk/media/2...al-schools.pdf

There is a Widening Participation heading under each Uni with links to further information. Particularly look on the website of your most local Medicine Schools because they often have more favourable criteria for local students.

Many of the Foundation or Gateway to Medicine have specific entry criteria (ie. school attended, postcode or whatever). Many also have very specific grade requirements (both A level and GCSE).

Make sure you check this on the University's own website - and you are certain that you are eligible for that course before you apply in September.
