Absolutely! I study Politics at the LSE, and I didn't do Politics A-level. You have History, which shows you can write essays - that's all you need.
A-level Politics and University Politics are actually really different anyway. I haven't felt at any disadvantage relative to my course mates who did do Politics A-level.
