GCSE Maths !!

Has anyone got any tips for Math, on how to answer or any help/or advice. I am just getting grade 4s on my math (my recent score was 43/80) and i just want to securely get a grade 4 for my course at college, has anyone got any advice please?

Keep doing practise papers but also go back over them to see in detail what you missed or are doing wrong.
Are you making lots of small mistakes? Or is there an area of maths you struggle with?

Its the questions towards the end of the paper which are full of words, i also make silly mistakes as i just can't grasp maths.
