Titration of propanone and iodine!
In a titration reaction done to find the rate of reaction between propanone and iodine catalyzed by dil. sulfuric acid, how does having the concentration of propanone and sulfuric acid 10 times greater than the iodine reduce the number of variables?

pls explain
[CH3COCH3] and [H+] are effectively constant so the number of variables is reduced. Then the effect of [I2] on rate can be studied more easily
