The allow part of marking point 5 is negative feedback
My question is:
Is negative feedback the body increasing it's core temperature ?Or is it stopping the actions which cause the increase in temp once the increase occurs ?
Negative feedback in this example is the entire chain of events:

You begin to shiver to raise core temperature
Your core temperature raises to the desired level
A message is sent to stop shivering.

Negative feedback is the process by which regulation occurs by controlling the action, that it can also initiate, when the desired level is reached.

In this case, ideal body temperature.
