I use tea leaves and pass on sugar.

Alternative method, buy a teacup shaped swimming pool, put on tea-shirt, jump in, wait a few min and let your worries dissolve out into the water.

Not as bitter as coffee. And yeah, I especially don't have sugar, sometimes milk if I'm in a hurry and need to drink it quickly.

Mostly agree but one sugar not two to be healthy and a slab of shortbread on the side
