Jack Martin or Arthur Vick?? Help

I’ve got my offer for Law from Warwick and it’s going to be my firm choice. I’m stuck at what accommodation to pick! I’ve heard Arthur Vick is a little bit better but not sociable? I want somewhere that’s social with an en suite. I’ve seen that Jack Martin is generally regarded as more social or is that not true? Any help? I love the idea of Rootes but I want an en suite.

I think for both sociable wise they're pretty similar (you get quiet flats and loud flats for each). I'm in Arthur Vick atm and I defo prefer AV over JM since the kitchens in AV are wayyy bigger.
