It doesn't say it for me, just says your post will live her and tsr chooses a forum for me.

Not all sections on TSR have the anonymous function. Only a select few, like the relationships forum, have them.
The anonymous function is for sensitive or embarrassing posts. Therefore it is only in certain forums such as relationships, health, uni life, mental health, sexual health, medical students discussion and advice on everyday issues
it is not needed in other forums such as chat and were it available in these forums it would simply be misused

theres no anonymous option for the Chat section
you will find it in the Relationship and Advice on Everyday Life section and various other ones
