Damm I hate getting into trouble

I need to stop getting into trouble but I cant help it and then It takes so long for me to redeem myself before i mess it up again. Any advice on how to stop being an idiot?

You arent giving any indication as to what sort of trouble.
How old are you? Where is the trouble or whom is it with? What sort?

Most people manage self control over their behaviour.
Some people learn lessons , so of they get into trouble they realise the hassle and prefer to avoid it in future. If you provide the other information then people can give you better advice, but the norm is not to get into trouble and most people manage it most of the time.
