Not much you can do, probably increase it a bit by working out. Unlikely to make much of a difference in terms of voice, facial hair, etc.

Get rid of your phone: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20714683
Megadose caffeine short term: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25726373

About all you're going to really successfully trial if the usual sleep more, eat better, and workout more aren't cutting it.

Sorry, I meant a way without medication. I looked into it when I was younger and nothing seemed to really work, just time.

Black Maca could but it Doesn’t increase testosterone levels; however, it may have a gentle “hormone balancing” effect. Men supplementing with Maca also commonly experience an increase in sperm production (larger ejaculate).

Been there. Go see your GP to get your hormones looked at properly for the possibility of replacement therapy. When it's gone, it's gone and not coming back.

OMG, seriously? I do get erections but it doesn’t last that long.

I can’t be taking hormone replacement therapy as of yet because I’m currently on another 3 month medication called Vosevi.

For Hep C? That would've been useful information at the outset. Hep C does decrease free testosterone and it'll take some time for that to change once you're clear (apparently years). If you're also HIV+, then that's going to significantly worsen things as well: https://academic.oup.com/cid/advance...ciy965/5305922

This is something you're going to want to talk to your doctor ASAP about because you'll need some serious treatment options going forward.
