Not much you can do, probably increase it a bit by working out. Unlikely to make much of a difference in terms of voice, facial hair, etc.

Well I have been taking testosterone boosters but I stopped because I am currently taking other medications.

Sorry, I meant a way without medication. I looked into it when I was younger and nothing seemed to really work, just time.

Black Maca could but it Doesn’t increase testosterone levels; however, it may have a gentle “hormone balancing” effect. Men supplementing with Maca also commonly experience an increase in sperm production (larger ejaculate).

OMG, seriously? I do get erections but it doesn’t last that long.

I can’t be taking hormone replacement therapy as of yet because I’m currently on another 3 month medication called Vosevi.

I've read that cold showers help with testosterone production. Cold baths / showers have loads of health benefits in general. I always have an ice bath after I work out. I feel amazing afterwards lol.

Also wear baggy underwear so your balls don't overheat. Testosterone is produced in your balls and the whole reason the balls are located on the outside of your body is because they need to be at a lower temperature than your body to produce sperm / testosterone / etc. It's also painful if your balls get to hot lol. Idk how other men manage to wear skinny jeans.
