I feel so guilty for doubting my boyfriend’s love for me

Hi!

So, to give this some context here, I have been dating my boyfriend for just over a year and our relationship is amazing. It’s so healthy and I love him to bits. But I personally struggle with worrying about little things in life and convincing myself that they are true. My boyfriend hasn’t been texting me as much as usual as he’s been busy, but i told him that I fear he has lost interest in me. This has happened once before and everything has turned out fine. But I feel so guilty! What should I do please?

Any help would be much appreciated

People get busy, that's life. You can't expect people to be texting 24/7, people have their own lives to live too.

You have to trust him, the more you worry about how he lost love for you, the more your behaviour will push him away. Your fears will end up being a self-fulfilling prophecy.
