No breakfast. Haven’t eaten it since I was 12. Except on Mother’s Day and my birthday when it’s a full English in bed!
Lunch is homemade soups and salad and tea is chicken, fish vegetables. Don’t eat bread rice potatoes or pasta.
The odd chip every now and again. And when I go to McDonald’s it’s a grilled chicken salad!

I eat 24/7

Breakfast: black coffee or mocha and cereal with milk (normally granola) but I eat fried egg with 2 slices of toast on the weekends

Lunch: weekdays I eat a sandwich and a fizzy drink
Weekends I normally eat what my mum cooks usually curry n rice coz I’m Asian lol

Dinner: rice n curry lol. Sometimes takeaway once or twice a week (greasy pizza)

Snacks: I eat so much snacks lol. Varies between ice cream, chocolates, biscuits, toast with butter. Most of the time I eat a chocolate bar or two and biscuits with a good old cup of tea

Yeah I eat so much!😂🤪

Vegan! And just a big breakfast big lunch and big dinner! By big for example for dinner I will have a big bowl (like full bowl) of pasta with peas and 2 large tbsp of hummus as a pasta sauce! & breakfast may be 4 pieces of toast with butter & lunch something like chips ans a veggie burger or vegan sausage rolls or a vegan pie and I try to have veggies as snacks in the day as i find it easier to have veggies as snacks rather than in my meals!

Breakfast - cereal (varies, mostly porridge, sometimes others)
Lunch - chicken/tomato/rocket wrap x 2, fruit, maybe a bag of crisps
Snack - if I work out I have crisps/banana/cereal bar or something first
Dinner - fruit juice, anything with meat/veg/carbs could be curry, fajitas, etc, then chocolate/cake

I drink lots of water throughout

Twice a week I eat out or get take away, normally on weekends I only eat 2 meals

I eat porridge for breakfast as it keeps me going for a long time. For lunch I normally buy something or have leftovers from the night before. For tea I have whatever I feel like as long as half of the plate consists of vegetables! Snack-wise I normally have the orange and cocoa naked bars. I drink a lot of water and lots of cups of tea!

99% of my in between meal snacks these days are either nuts or pieces of fruit.

Protein Wheetabix for breakfast does me wonders, too.

I'm healthy (5'4 and a little over a 9 stone and 7 pounds) and I usually eat
Breakfast: not always, but if I do it's oatmeal
Lunch: typically abokado (sushi) or a Coop meal deal with a fruit (pomegranate seeds are ace) and water
Dinner: typically tuna/turkey/fish fillets/etc with whole grain rice/whole grain pasta.

I've started eating this way, anyway, I'm trying to lose weight.

Cereal or oats for breakfast
Sandwich or wrap for lunch with salted popcorn or a yoghurt or a cereal bar or fruit
Dinner varies but I always make it from scratch e.g. pasta dishes, casseroles, risottos
Snacks are nuts or fruit mainly
