Brekkie: malted Wheaties (cereal)
Snack: apple/ orange/ banana
Lunch: tuna/ egg sandwich and an apple
Snack: packet of crisps
Dinner: varies from day to day but always at leat 4 veggies included
The main thing is to put tons of fruit and veggies into your diet
breakie: mini dairy milk bat and 1/4 glass orange juice
lunch: nuts, smoked salmon and creme cheese bagel or chicken salad, Capri sun, strawberries, blueberries and grapes
snack: vanilla ice cream or chocolate or crisps or microwavable pizza
dinner: chicken nuggets or fish or chicken curry with rice
I also drink one lucozade and 1 bottle of smart water
Lunch is homemade soups and salad and tea is chicken, fish vegetables. Don’t eat bread rice potatoes or pasta.
The odd chip every now and again. And when I go to McDonald’s it’s a grilled chicken salad!
Breakfast: black coffee or mocha and cereal with milk (normally granola) but I eat fried egg with 2 slices of toast on the weekends
Lunch: weekdays I eat a sandwich and a fizzy drink
Weekends I normally eat what my mum cooks usually curry n rice coz I’m Asian lol
Dinner: rice n curry lol. Sometimes takeaway once or twice a week (greasy pizza)
Snacks: I eat so much snacks lol. Varies between ice cream, chocolates, biscuits, toast with butter. Most of the time I eat a chocolate bar or two and biscuits with a good old cup of tea

Last week I was on a pizza, kebab and red velvet cake diet- washed down with plenty of cherryade and disaronno.
Lunch - chicken/tomato/rocket wrap x 2, fruit, maybe a bag of crisps
Snack - if I work out I have crisps/banana/cereal bar or something first
Dinner - fruit juice, anything with meat/veg/carbs could be curry, fajitas, etc, then chocolate/cake
I drink lots of water throughout
Twice a week I eat out or get take away, normally on weekends I only eat 2 meals
Protein Wheetabix for breakfast does me wonders, too.
Breakfast: not always, but if I do it's oatmeal
Lunch: typically abokado (sushi) or a Coop meal deal with a fruit (pomegranate seeds are ace) and water
Dinner: typically tuna/turkey/fish fillets/etc with whole grain rice/whole grain pasta.
I've started eating this way, anyway, I'm trying to lose weight.
