Afraid not, your repayments are based on your pre-tax income, which also means pre-pension contributions.

Definitely not. The payments are taken from gross pay. Bad luck mate.

Yes you can

If your employer pension scheme uses salary sacrifice for pension contributions (most do) then this will be taken off before any tax & student loan requirements are calculated.

Reue is correct. Taxes and student repayments are deducted AFTER pension contributions.

I agree.
The student load doesnt apply to me, but my pension contribution is the same as this.
