I'm looking at applying to study medicine as a graduate student.

Mostly looking at A100 courses which are easier to get onto but means I would have to take a year out after uni to raise the money to fund this (as opposed to A101 which is easier to manage with loans).

Would I be at a disadvantage applying for deferred entry? Particularly looking at Cambridge, Cardiff, and Manchester.

definately at a disadvantage for oxbridge, they don't tend to like deferred students for any courses (based on admissions stats ive seen)
