How difficult is it to get into UCL for med?

Im predicted all 8s and 9s at the moment and I'm taking bio chem and maths.
The entry requirements are A*AA so what can I do to make sure I can improve my chances of getting in? Thanks

good work experience/extra curriculars/BMAT score
worry about this after your GCSEs though, getting all 8s/9s puts you in great stead for getting into a lot of medical schools (though some don't look at your GCSEs at all so this will not affect your chances at those).

i've heard that UCL like a lot of extra curriculars, but I was offered an interview without much about my ECs on my PS (withdrew my application though so don't know if I would have got an offer or not).
