Imperial medical biomedicine

I am deciding between imperial bristol and Manchester to do medical Biosciences. I hear the student life at imperial is not the best , is this true? Also, ive read that there are no lectures and it’s all online - should I worry about this?
Im doing medicine at imperial but id say that the student life is pretty decent. Theres loads of societies and loads of things you can get involved in. Im not sure how it is for biosciences but we have lectures and they record them so you can watch them back at a later date. sorry i cant be of more help haha
