Wassup everyone,

So basically I was revising mods and I found on the Modern Studies Nat 5 SQA Course specification it says I have to know about the effectiveness of criminal courts when tackling crime. This means reasons why they are effective and reasons why they aren't effective. I've had a look at all the textbooks I could get my hands on, my school notes (teacher didn't give much notes on courts in general) and used the internet and I still cannot find anything on it

If anyone has any points for this or any tip or solutions It would be much appreciated and I would urge you to share because I'm kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place here XD.
Cheers!!!!!!
