My period was regular , now its irregular

This year i haven't seen my period , and last year i saw it december , this is april and i haven't seen my period and I've never had sex or done all those sexual things before , what is going on with my body please ? I'm 16 and I'm a virgin
When your 14-20 your periods are going to be irregular. I’m 17 and even before I went on birth control sometimes I didn’t get a period for ages and then I’d get one for two weeks. I wouldn’t worry it’s just your body sorting itself out
Irregular periods are very common when you're going through puberty. So it's nothing to worry about and is just part of the process of your body adjusting to adulthood.
