Do examiners check SPAG in Maths exam, for example, if I spell Blonde 'blond', will I get the mark - because the answer for the bar chart is technically correct, and it is not an English exam, will a professional examiner give full, 1/2 or 0 marks?

They won't care about little spelling mistakes, but it depends how far off you've spelt it e.g if you spelt it blohnd then they're obviously not going to give you the mark because it's certainly not the same word as blond.

Ah, so you mean that as long as they can infer that it is 'blonde'?
