Thermodynamics-perfect gases

A tank containing a quantity of air is fitted to a U tube manometer and a thermometer, which show readings of 0.5MPa and 27celcius, respectively. If a barometer situated close by reads 742mmHg, calculate the density of the air in the tank. Please tell me how I do this
I've attached an image that might help... I'm afraid to say I've no clue, though.

Could you draw a diagram of the U-Tubes you were given/etc for the question, if you were given any?

If you have the internal pressure and temperature, which I assume those two quantities are, you can just use the ideal gas equation directly to find density with the specific gas constant for air. Then that just throws in the question of why atmospheric pressure is given, so, clearly that can't be true.

Anyway, bump.
