What are some ways you de-stress?
I really enjoy playing a game on my phone or tablet. Taking a walk out of the house, take a dog with you if you can so you’ve got company :smile: I personally have a dance hobby too which helped me a great deal through exams and school. Find something you enjoy doing, it could be as simple as colouring or making a scrapbook. PM if you need any more advice

Baking was a go to for me :yep: Plus you get yummy treats to eat :lol:
