yes definitely

Yeah, I think that it won't be much of a problem. Don't worry!

well it would really depend on manc, if they would consider you on the basis you got the equivilant points then they would, but unless they must be really strict on offers then i do not think so. obviously an AAC does seem much better because it shows your potential as you can achieve two A's instead of an A and a B. but if you do you will get in!

This is a guess but...

I'd say that as you're doing an economics degree and it's History you may get a C in (rather than economics) AND you may get a second A instead of a B, I think you're in with a chance there. AAC and AAB are virtually the same thing. Anyhoo - you may get a B in history.

If your rsults don't turn out as planned, call them and negotiate, it works for so many people.

Good Luck

Nobody on here can tell you. You have to wait for results day to see what they say.

No-one can say for sure, they'd prefer consistency in your results - but AAC over ABB shouldn't make too much difference.

Try your best to get as high as possible and see what comes.

Id prefer AAC to ABB

I had the same issue (thought I would get, and did end up getting, AAC and needed ABB). I emailed the course administrator after I'd done the exams but before getting the results to see whether I'd still get on the course with AAC and the guy emailed me backing saying that as long as the C wasn't in french (my course was international management with french) then i'd be fine. Might look a little bad emailing them but they can't change your offer now and it might put your mind at rest, the guy that emailed me back was really nice about it though and made me feel much better on results day when i found out that i got AAC!
many thanks, much love
It depends on how oversubcribed your course is...I know someone who was offered BBB for her course and got ABC and got rejected but you've gotta wait and see

It all depends, sorry there is no better answer, but it's true.

:ditto:

Ring up the uni and ask OP

:teeth:
i asked the same question, and they said most probably not. But it depends on competition

yeah they offered me ABB so i called and asked them to change it to AAC and they were fine with it! So calling before the madness of results day may be an idea..

You say that but lets have a look at it.

With AAC you fall short of everything except for ABC. Now which is better?
