I met a girl a little older than me because she started laughing loudly and hard at my joke then asked me to repeat it personally to her. After that she waited after class to giggle with her friend then pop out and scare me. Her friend asks me to run after the girl as a joke, joke around and tell her funny stories and jokes as well as talk to the girl. The girl also laugh at stuff i say to people in conversation and asks me to repeat stuff to her when she laughs. After we talk the girl does this thing to scare me and when I do it back she smiles. So after I talk to her she tries to start it. They both try to get me to engage in this form of play with her and joke around.

She obviously likes you.
It seems as though the friend is trying to play wing-woman.
If you like her, then go ahead and try flirt back.
