Why don’t you actually do some research and look at uni entry requirements instead of hoping someone will do it for you. At uni no one will spoon feed you the answers so get used to doing your own research now

I'm sorry to have to say that 30 is slightly low for an IB score, I doubt you'll get accepted by any of the uni's in top 100 especially if it's for psychology..... I think Australia may have one uni with very low entry requirements however I am not quite sure, do a bit of research maybe a private college in the US may accept you, it is highly likely.

There's lots! Look at the UK ones, they usually give you the IB requirements as well. E.g. Anglia Ruskin university
