"Brexit "nightmare" could see GCSEs and A-levels postponed"

What are your thoughts? Do you think this true?

I honestly just want exams over and done with but extra revision time sounds good, idk.

Got any links?

It it were actually true (which I doubt) it could mean a slow down in all the 'aRe mY gRaDeS gOoD eNoUgH?' threads. Not to mention the Russell Groupd threads etc.

This is all just contingency planning; even in the case of a hard Brexit or whatever, it might not even be necessary to implement it. It would obviously be unnecessary otherwise as well.

Your post is a lot like going "Apparently Nancy Pelosi is going to be president!" on the basis of there being a contingency plan for what will happen in case Trump dies, which includes having her in the "line of succession".

That seems like... really, really ridiculous. Like the scenario they talk about in the article, they may as well be talking about how if we were to be invaded by another country they'd need to postpone the exams. It's just really unnecessarily extreme.

The tes article? I was reading it this morning...

I highly doubt that this will happen. It's definitely a scare tactic and the article itself says it's highly unlikely to happen.

Just read it and it just seems like a propaganda piece, I was expecting an in-depth explanation on how a no-deal Brexit would lead to such a large scale disruption but got nothing. Trash.

well it does not really matter... in Brexit Britain qualifications are irrelevant.

if you can pick your nose and spit at the same time you are overqualified.
