How to get yourself rid of saggy breasts?
Unfortunately, I don’t believe there are good ways to permanently remove the issue of saggy breasts. You may be able to wear a push up bra or perhaps get plastic surgery done to keep them from sagging, but there may not be a natural way to change this.
Other than the inconveniences that may come with this, which I am sorry to hear that you probably deal with, why are you looking to get rid of the saggy breasts?

You could do chest exercises which would make them appear less saggy? I'm not sure if I could accurately describe them on here but something along the lines of this might work.
