Local Elections May 2019 Voting in 2 elections

So I'm a student living at uni and I'm eligible to vote both in my uni's constituency and my hometown's constituency. Am I allowed to vote in both local elections, since they are separate elections?

Note that for the EU elections near the end of next month, pretty sure you can only vote once, although you are still allowed to be registered twice.

Yep, you can only vote once in a single election.
Local elections are a series of small elections therefore if you're registered in 2 areas you can vote in both.
