I don't quiet understand the differences between anatomical and physiological adaptations. Could someone please explain it.

Anatomy is the structure, physiology is the function. So my understanding would be that the anatomical change would be how the structure of the part of the body adapted and the physiological change would be the new function that anatomical change allowed.

Thanks, now that I understand. Does my example below make sense?

Example- the slowing in heart rate of whales as it dives is and Physiological Adaptation and the thick layers of blubber in whales which helps keep them warm is an Anatomical Adaptation.
