As-Salamu Alaykum (peace be upon you),

Space for all all Arab and non-Arabs to come together to share something positive about Arab people, culture, food, music, etc, share music, or just say hello :-)

Be kind, spread love not hate

Same here Do you guys (Mustafa0605 too) know if it's pronounced 'yalla' or 'yella', or whether this is based on dialect?

Yeah! I can only talk from my own limited experience but there's fasolia, which is basically beans in a tomato sauce which you can have with pitta or rice, but it's a lot tastier and fuller than it sounds lol (it's one of my favourite meals, heart-warming aha) and you can have okra in a similar style which I also love, a lot of people like falafel or kebab, dolma is a real one (I never got to eat it too much, but I know it's quite a traditional food), there is baklava, which is just beautiful :groovy:

But these foods are often shared by others in the area too :-)

Arabs of TSR, help me out here
