Alright, to be eligible for the Parents Learning Allowance, the household income should be under £18,342.

Hi there,
To be eligible for the maximum grant, the income needs to be £14910 or below. Anything between this and the £18342 would work on a sliding scale with a maximum of £1716 and a minimum of £0.01.
