Land Law

Which areas of Land Law would you say is easiest to get your head around? I know it's highly personal, I just find it interesting how different people like different things.
Chattles and Fixtures, Leases and Licences, Adverse Possession, Easements and Mortgages.
Depends how the course is taught and assessed. Some will touch upon mortgage; some will dive into it, and expect a high level of understanding.

Really, just find topics you enjoy and understand. Focus on them.
Co-ownership and third party rights (registered and unregistered title) are, in my opinion, the most logical topics. If you can take a statute book into the exam, I would choose topics where the basic principles are statutory. However, pick topics you enjoyed the most and remember that you must cover the basics (legal / equitable estates and interests).
