The Student Room Group

Horrah! the constanly drunk people from my hall are moving tommorow

They made my life a misery, generally they are "friendly" but at same time backstabbers like if I see them on a rare night I do go drinking they talk to me but then tell me to dance and as im so pissed and up for a laugh I do.

But also they have a habit of knocking on my window at all hours drunk and left keys in their rooms, or for a joke(even when sober) coming up to my window and banging it hard and shouting something like "booo" or "yaaaah" then laugh if I make a reaction.

And the guy is in the next room to me and has a voice so high pitched its almost feminine, hes 18 but looks and sounds about 15 I cant sleep like now as hes come back from bar and standing outside mine and his door(since they are next to each other) having a laugh and pissed again.

They just shouted "fatso" to me as they realised I was awake.

So immature but the worst one is moving tommorow and the loud girl at the weekend.

The girl isnt too bad but just knocks on the door to talk to the guy and stands outside his room and is loud.

Gah, some people are unlucky with flatmates.
I was extraordinarily lucky with mine, they're all sound

However, a few of the houses around our complex are so loud I can hear them from my room, they're up til all hours drinking, shouting, streaking, throwing things etc. Most are 2nd years so will be out soon.

This is second block of halls I have been in first was £10 more a week but brand new and massive but next to front door and 2 doors down from common room so parties all the time with people playing sports like football, cricket or tennis inside or smashing bottles so hated it, only after a complaint and doictors letters they let me move, to a place claimed to be quiet, and it was for first few weeks apart from Friday and Mondays which are student nights but that wasnt bad as people kept to common room and were quiet.

What happened was the guy in the room next to me started dating a girl from the same floor of the same halls so she was in his room a lot so both their friends came round to speak to them meaning doors knocked on at all hours.

I meant to say in first sentance that when im drunk they ask me to dance then laugh at me and point and take photos then call me weird behind back and next day.

Unfortunately, some people don't grow up even at University. Most people do, but the small percentage of imbeciles revert back to primary school days. Don't let it get you down, hopefully your next set of flatmates are better.
