Help!
I am a qualified mental health nurse (First class) with 4 years post quailified experience, I have two children and a mortgage. However, I am really not happy with my career pathway for many reasons and I would like to change to a HR role. I would like advice on the best route to take which does not result in a big pay cut as I cannot physically afford this because of my 'adult' responsibilities.
My current plan is to continue to work as a nurse, apply for and potentially work as a deputy ward manager whilst studying for a MSc in Human Resource Management with the CIPD option at Level 7 on a part-time basis. Following this, I am hoping I would be able to change to a HR role?
