Hello future billionaires,

Would love to hear any tips from other value investors out there.

My personal favourite value investor is Peter Lynch:

*Warren Buffett is too mainstream for me.

The philosophy of value investing changed my entire perspective on investing, so would recommend for anyone in the investing game to look into.

Don't put much stock in them. I mean, Warren clearly has been dope. But I'd rather just concentrate on my own game. Even if im not very good at it.

Warren is dope no doubt about that; but also Peter Lynch makes so much sense.

Checkout the link I posted in the OP if you don't believe me.

Well yes, the have pretty similar philosophies. Peter's adage of 'buy what you know' has always appealed to me.

The issue I find with value investing is the market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent - as keynes put it.

Without doubt the market is a strange beast, but that's all a part of the fun right.

Don't suppose you've read the Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham?

A defensive strategy he suggest may offset the solvency issue
