the correct one is [Cu(H2O)2(NH3)4]2+. it is a deep blue colour. octahedral shape.

some ms accept [Cu(NH3)4]2+ instead of [Cu(H2O)2(NH3)4]2+

They are not even structures.

They are just brackets, letters, numbers and a plus sign.

Still don't know why the app didn't show it, though.
