what statute does a charge for joint enterprise murder come under
if you were saying a defendant was criminally liable for joint enterprise murder what would you say they were liable under e.g. the ---- act 1997 also, is the actus reus and mens rea for joint enterprise murder the same as murder or do you simply consider if they can be considered joint principals? many thanks
