Go up to girls in public and kiss them. Eventually, you'll get so good at it you won't even need to make conversation, effectively eliminating the need to 'flirt'.

Honestly, you don't have to be shy. You will immediately be able to tell if a girl is interested in you or not. If she is, she will talk back to you, look at you in the eyes and smile, if not, she will turn away and make excuses to leave the conversation. So pretend you are the most handsome guy around, say hi, give her a compliment and see where it goes. Don't think about it too much mate. If she's not interested, just say bye and try another girl

Shyness is part of your confidence along with mentality, try work on it and be more positive in yourself and the things you say.

Socialise a lot, speak up in group situations, learn how to read/respond to body language, etc.

It may take time, but once you do it, you'll find flirting comes quite naturally.

I get what you're saying. Do you have any tips or advice which I can use?

Don't overdo it with the tongue. Rookie mistake.

I personally find shyness comes from the fear of other people not liking you or feeling embarrassed in social situations, you need to be able to tell yourself who gives a **** if someone doesn't like you and that it's not important
