I need help in Level 2 childcare

Hi guys. I am doing level 2 childcare and I need help on M3 - M3: Review the effectiveness of your skills in supporting individuals in childcare with practical tasks. I have done one:

Food preparation and eating
All children should wash their hands with anti- bacterial soap before they eat. Tables should be spayed over and dried before giving food out.

The skills I have showed is being patient, as children learn at their own pace. Another skill I have shown is supporting the child to eat and drink with the fork and spoon and wearing gloves and apron when handling food.

The things I need to improve in are communication, talking to staff when needing help and confidence when telling a child off and knowing what to do if they don’t listen to me.

I need to improve on my weakness as the children can listen to me and approach me if they need any help.

But I need help on another one
