Here is the question http://imgur.com/a/ZBknh2G

Stuck on this discriminant question. I know that its b^2 -4ac<0 as it has no real roots. I rearranged the equation to get 3x^2 -5x +k -2<0. From here on I'm not sure what is a b or c.

3x^2-5x+(k-2)=0

Does that make it clearer?
