Hi,
I do want to do my IA in microbiology, but my teacher said that there are so many restricitions given by IBO, connected with working on bacteria. For example, she said that I can't grow bacteria in temperatures similar to the the temperature of human body, or if I want to work on non-pathogenic E.coli bacterium, I can't do the experimment at school, but in special laboratory. My question is, if anyone work on E.coli (or different) bacteria. What was your procedure, do you have to work in special lab. I know it might be risky to choose that topic because of all this restrictions, but still I really want to try.
