Hi everyone
I just came across this question and I was wondering if anyone could help me out
'Explain why there was continuity in the treatment and prevention of illness in Medieval England' (12)

I would think that it is something like this; When the black death hit Britain in 1348, they still used the same methods of prevention and treatment that they did during the eleventh century. This includes astrology, bloodletting, regimen sanitatis and herbal remedies. And then explain why these remedies were used and why the methods hadn't changed.
