AQA History Notes

I've decided to share my history notes with everyone...my mates say they're pretty good and I like helping people, so I thought I might as well put them up for others to use if needed

They cover almost everything, though they do miss some bits out...such as Stalin's Purges, but all the main topics are there.

It's for the AQA board, specification B

Paper 1 is Options W, and then option Z for Britain.

Paper 2 is Russia/USSR and Germany 1918-1939

Don't rely on these to tell you everything

And if you think they're crap or ****...please don't slag me off. Just tell me what I've missed out or how I can improve. I'm just trying to help people here.

Most of the paper 1 notes overlap with OCR in the exact same detail.

Kind of short - mine run to 48 pages. Also a lot of it seems a bit irrelevant.

Good notes, but the bits on the other treaties (not Versailles) after WWI are irrelevant. Like the little acronyms.

That was Kennedy in 1962 after the Cuban Crisis, not Eisenhower.

In my notes it says Eisenhower refused to apologise after the U2 was shot down in 1960, which caused the collapse of the Paris Summit. I doubt they would have continued the flights now that they know that the USSR also knew about them.
