I'm a 14 year old male, and I can't pull down my fore skin when I have an erection but I can do it when I don't have one. Should I be worried that I can't pull it down?

You most likely have a condition called phimosis, it’s not dangerous but can be very uncomfortable. You should go and see a doctor. They can prescribe you a steroid cream to loosen the foreskin so that it retracts normally. Last resort would be circumcision.

Depends if its causing an issue or not. Obviously you are only 14, but I'm 18 with phimosis and sexually active with no discomfort, so I left it.
