Can someone please explain why it's D?

Answer is D because EDTA4- is a Poly dented Ligand which can form 6dative covalent bonds.
So, it completely displaces the ammonia
[Cu(NH3)4]2+ + EDTA4- = [Cu(EDTA)]2- + 4NH3

And we know from unit 4 that, DELTA Ssys means entropy of particles.
So by looking at the equation we can see that product side has more molecules than left side reactants.
2 : 5
So entropy of system increases as more molecules are on right hand side. And so this feasibily or predomination is best described.
