I was wondering if it would be possible to do just 2 of my Alevels (art , German) and not do law as I think it would be better to do it as an external exam in my gap year as I would rather focus on them as I know I will fail law .Would I have to sit all 3 of them still?

If you don’t want to do the exam, you don’t have to. Although doing 3 A Levels is the standard for a lot of people

Sorry, but if you cannot manage three, how will you manage a degree?

Just makes sure you tell someone that you want to drop the subject and are not taking the exam. Someone from the exam office

There's a month to go until the exams now, regardless of what people say, it's too late to unregister as your school will have registered you back around December time.

If you don't turn up, you'll get a U in law. You can resit it on a gap year and just focus on it if that's what you want to do but it's much too late to drop out.

Just do what you can now and get the best grade you can.
