In my second year of management, just wondering for a 100 mark question, how much should I write?

Between 400-600?

You aren't marked based on how many words you write, you are marked on the quality of your answer.

So in theory, a half a page answer could do as well as a full page or two?

In theory yes. A half page answer that says the same as a page or two pages would probably score a little higher because you didn't waffle. But in reality, people usually aren't at the extremes where they can either write perfectly succinctly or they waffle and say nothing. Most are somewhere in between.

This is all fundamentally missing the point though. Because a half page and 2 pages could score the same, and still both be utter crap. Or they could both be amazing answers. How much you write is not in itself indicative of the quality of the answer. Unless you have a word limit, there's no reason to be hung up on how long your answers are.
