Hello,
Can anyone help me understand Merit 3 'Carry Out a Situational Analysis on two countries a selected business may consider trading in'.
The business that I have chosen is Walmart and the two countries are England and America.
I'm currently struggling to find information to help me carry out a 5C's Analysis and Porter's 5 Forces.
The main areas that I am struggling on are Collaboration and Company for 5C's as well as Power of Suppliers and Power of Buyers for Porter's 5 Forces.
