Was this rape I saw a guy I don't know very well from work at my part time job in a club and ended up going back to his place. I'm 16 and he was 20. we were doing bits but I knew that we were going to end up having sex since I had gone back to his house. I was a virgin but didn't tell him, I should mention I was very drunk. before having vaginal sex, we were just spooning, and he was behind me and out of no where he tried having anal sex with me without any warning and it entered me, I should also mention that he used no lube and when I went to the bathroom later that night I was still bleeding down there. It was really painful but I didn't tell him that although I said straight away "stop, not anal" and he did. He then moved straight on to normal vaginal sex but I felt quite shook although acted like normal in the moment as I wasn't in a part of town I knew very well. we had vaginal sex a few times and he was very reluctant even though I kept saying I needed to leave and needed him to order me an uber, he did in the end even though he pulled my jeans down when I was about to leave and had sex with me again and I was so dry by this point that it was painful but he kept pushing. There were some nice bits obviously but I still feel really shook and I'm not sure weather it was rape or not. I was just wondering what others thought. I have resigned my job but still have a month left there.

This is definitely rape. You made very clear that you didn't want to have sex in the ways that he had sex with you and he continued regardless. I recommend reporting him!

It's not rape, it's regretted sex. Did you expect to go back to a random guy from the club's house and just spoon? I mean you were in his bed and spooning did you think you were gonna have a nice talk about the economy? If you need to ask whether it's rape, then it probably isn't.

Whether it's moral is a different question before anyone attacks me. You were both drunk and you were in his bed...

Not rape

you were already naked and doing "bits"

there was implied consent

Not necessarily. It depends on what he reasonably believed; as above, being nude and flirtatious might be enough to make him believe you consented. Your saying no to anal but seemingly okay with vaginal might be enough to make him believe you consented to vaginal.

We don't know. Anyone saying they do know is lying and ill-qualified.

anal is very different though and he knew my age so could probably assume I hadn't done that before. but its definitely a tricky one.

In the eyes of the law you are probably right. She also said stop in reference to anal sex and he did.

It still doesn't make his actions nice or good and personally I would steer well clear.

not to mention he's over age and OP is under age , that's a crime by itself surely

yeah I honestly don't know, it seems morally wrong to me but there is no concrete fact saying that it is, and could have just been miss read signs on his part. I can only say the way I feel and I know for a fact that I don't feel happy with what happened and feel very uncomfortable around him. I have resigned my job but still have a month left.

I am afraid that you are wrong. The age of consent in the UK is 16.

Forcing it into her anus dry, with no lube and no warning and with this being their first sexual encounter is rape.

It's all about the context and what a "reasonable" man would do in that situation. And what he did was not reasonable at all.
In the context of the situation you were in, it would be quite reasonable for you to have the expection that you wouldn't be subjected to this suprise butt sex.

Just because you are voluntarily naked in someone's bed, it doesn't mean to say that they are legally entitled to do any sex act that they wish on you.

He is a sodomistic, sadistic, selfish rapist. He deserves to have the full weight of the law thrown at him.

You can speak to specialist counsellors at rape centres across the country, or just try to talk to some friends about it. I would ordinarily presume good faith -- most men are not so evil as to put another person through rape, nor risk their careers and lives to rape another person. It would leave you to presume he probably never intentionally tried to upset you.

Please may I ask, at anypoint during the vaginal intercourse, did you say "no" or ask him to "stop" just as you did with the anal?

You presume he intentionally attempted anal sex, rather than slipped it in the wrong hole by mistake. You presume a lot ultimately.

yeah I don't think what he did was (if it was) intentionally rape, but I have since found out that he has had sex with 7 of the girls at the place I work within the last 9 months so clearly doesn't have much respect for women, and have heard from other sources that he does not respect women.
